WHO WE ARE

Jared comes from a family of jewellers but went down the technology path, working in software and design at a global scale. Brie started in the arts world before moving into business consulting and project management. We actually met way back in drama school - which honestly feels like a distant dream now!

So you've got Jared who grew up around jewellery but saw how broken the online buying experience was, and Brie who specialises in making complicated projects actually work with incredible attention to detail. We looked at the jewellery industry and thought it honestly was a bit prehistorical. We aim to change this.

So you start looking online, right? You find a ring you like, but then you want to change the stone, or the band width, or literally anything. Next thing you know, you're filling out contact forms and waiting for someone to call you back to tell you what's possible.

That's exactly what we're fixing. We're building a platform where you get the full range of in-store customisation options, but with proper education about what each choice actually means. No mystery emails, no waiting around - just real choices with real explanations.

But let's be real - even with all the right tools, this is still a pretty massive decision. The most common thing we hear is 'where do we even start?' And honestly, that's completely normal. You're designing something that's meant to last forever, for one of the biggest moments of your life. Of course it feels overwhelming.

We get that this is a once-in-a-lifetime moment and you want to get it just right. But we also know how important it is that you're involved every step of the way. This journey is all about you, and we're here to make it as easy and stress-free as possible - because this is meant to be about love, not losing your mind.

We're not just here to sell you jewellery and a diamond. We're here for the whole journey - even before you're ready to buy anything. We're the people you reach out to when you're just starting to think about proposals and need advice. We're here to help decode those hints your partner's been dropping (or help you drop better hints if you're the one waiting!). We're here to help design something amazing without spoiling the surprise. And yeah, we're here to make sure your ring arrives exactly when and how you want it.

Whether you come to us with no idea and want to leave feeling like you have a good amount of knowledge that was explained in a way that's easy to remember, or you already have a lot of knowledge and want to get into the technical aspects and really dig deep into what you want.

Our jewellers are currently based in New Zealand and Melbourne, and our goal is to provide a platform where you have total control over your design and purchase experience.
