Settings run from $1,260 for a solid 14k gold solitaire to about $3,220 for a platinum three stone. A complete moissanite ring starts around $1,800, and lab-grown diamond rings scale with carat: a complete 2 carat currently lands between $3,900 and $6,800, and a 3 carat between $4,700 and $9,000.
