Typically 4 to 8 weeks from design approval to delivery. This includes 3D CAD modelling, your review and revisions, production, and quality checks. If you have a proposal date in mind, share it early so we can plan the timeline around it.

Yes. Our entire design process works online via Zoom, email, and phone. You work directly with the founders to shape every detail — stone type, shape, setting style, metal, and band width. Virtual consultations are free and take around 30 minutes.

Most online ring builders are self-serve configurators where you pick from preset options. Our process is different: you work one-on-one with us to design from scratch, with 3D modelling and unlimited revisions until the ring is exactly right. It is a personal collaboration, not a dropdown menu.
