THE ANSWER
The stones can fall out. The tiny metal beads holding them are delicate. A hard knock can dislodge diamonds. Replacing them is cheap but annoying. Sizing is difficult or impossible. Full eternity bands can't be resized. Partial pavé allows limited sizing only. The textured surface traps dirt easily. Lotion, soap, and debris build up in the small gaps. You'll need to clean it more often than a plain band.
