Most custom engagement rings we make complete between $2,000 and $6,000. Settings start at $1,260 for a solid 14k gold solitaire, a complete moissanite ring starts at $1,910, and a complete 1 carat lab-grown diamond ring starts at about $2,400. How does designing a custom engagement ring work from Sydney?

Every ring is bespoke and made to order. You book a free 15 to 30 minute consultation by Zoom or phone and work with Brie directly from the first conversation. We change the design as many times as it takes, then send a CAD render so you see your exact ring before it is made. Our jewellers, setters and polishers then make it by hand, with quality checks at every step. Our custom design guide explains each step.

How long does it take to receive a custom ring in Sydney?

Your ring takes 4 to 6 weeks to make once you approve the design, then ships express to Sydney, so allow about 6 to 8 weeks from your first conversation to delivery. If you have a proposal date, tell us early and we will plan the timeline around it. Read more about how long a custom ring takes.

How do payments work for a custom ring?

Accepted Answer

You can pay a 50% deposit to start your order, or email us to begin with the design first. That route starts with a $250 fee to go through to the CAD design stage, then 50% once you approve the design and we start making your ring. The balance is paid before your ring ships.

What warranty and returns policy do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Every ring has a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Because every ring is made to order, we do not accept change of mind returns, and cancelling before the design is approved has a $750 fee. Yes. Delivery is free, insured and express to Sydney and all of New South Wales, with tracking so you know when to expect your ring.

Is there a LILY DIA showroom in Sydney?

We do not have a showroom in Sydney. We work online by appointment, which keeps our prices below a retail showroom, and you see photos, video and a CAD render of your exact ring before it is made.
